Why a flat image can never fully pass
A JPG or PNG is one flattened layer of pixels. It can prove its resolution, its color encoding, and whether there is room for bleed — and this tool measures those for real. But the checks factories actually reject files over live in the structure a flat image cannot carry: vector brand marks that stay crisp at plate resolution, live text a co-packer can correct without a redesign, safe-area geometry, a reserved scannable barcode zone, and a structured nutrition block. That is the difference between a design and a production file — and building that file, checks green, is exactly what a launch with us delivers.
